Each room has a private bathroom, air conditioning, TV, fridge, wi-fi, hairdryer, safe, bed linen and bath towels.
Private parking is available in the building, protected by an automatic gate at the entrance.

The room cleaning is carried out daily, as long as the customer leaves the room before and no later than 12.00 a.m., otherwise we will the next day.

Bath towels changes are scheduled every three days

For stays longer than a week bed linen is changed every 5 days.

Inside the B & B smoking is forbidden . The observance of this simple rule stems from the need to protect non-smokers or those who'll come after you, as well as a standard for fire prevention. Smoking is allowed in outdoor area using strictly the ashtrays.

Within our B & B, animals are not allowed.

Payment methods

We ask our customers to deposit 30% of the total booking value due when booking for 8 (or more) days or the value of one night for shorter periods.
The total payment of the stay will be required when handing over the keys. We do not accept checks, cash or credit cards.

Please note: those guests living in countries outside the Eurozone will also have to add, other than the Iban code, the Swift code: UNCRITM1Q09 and the following address: via Gaudenti 5, Sirolo (AN), C.A.P. 60020

The moment we receive this copy, your reservation will be active and we'll book your stay!

Check-in / Check-out

Rooms will be available after 12.30 and must be vacated no later than 10.30 a.m. of your departure day.

If needed we'll guarantee a luggage storage service with no addidional charge.

Privacy policy

The information you provide will be treated in compliance with the confidentiality obligations imposed by the Decree of 30 June 2003, n. 196 and will be processed through appropriate instruments to ensure the security of the data.

Any damage

If the guest causes damage to the structure, equipment belonging to the assigned premises or otherwise, he must immediately inform the holder and after the necessary checks, he must refund the related expenses.

Cancellation policy

You can withdraw the reservation at any time, up until 7 days before the set date and the deposit will be returned to you within a week at your banking coordinates, but unfortunatelly beyond that deadline there is a penalty fee equivalent to the price of the cancelled room for one night.
